The 2016 release of this new color scheme has impressed the Watch World already. News has spread like wild fire from all the excitement in just a matter of days. Everyone is talking about it which is the first sign of something special.
In the early 2000’s this dials color scheme wasn’t very popular. The Daytona at that time used arabic numbers coupled with only stainless steel or gold bezels. Never a ceramic bezel or an RGB color option the Rolex Daytona Model 116509 was an acquired taste. However; going back to index hour markers and adding the black ceramic bezel has launched the Rolex Daytona back into the lime light.
No official release date is set for now. However; we now that there are a number of people not so patiently waiting..
Until then Enjoy the official teaser from Baselworld!
